About Us

At The Henry Organization, the story is a rich tapestry woven with family heritage, enduring honor, and a profound legacy of service. The journey of Laurie’s family in the McDonald’s franchise began in 1975 when her uncle, William (Bill) Henry, became a franchisee. Known for his hard work and dedication, Bill established a strong foundation for the family’s business legacy. Laurie’s father, George, joined the McDonald’s system in 1977, starting as a Manager and later serving as a Supervisor under Bill’s mentorship. In 1990, George took a significant step by purchasing his own McDonald’s restaurant from Bill. Following Bill’s passing after a long illness in 1991, Laurie’s father George continued to build the business until his own sudden passing in 1993. In the wake of these challenges, Laurie’s mother, Elizabeth, completed the McDonald’s Spousal Program and became an owner-operator in 1994, demonstrating remarkable resilience and continuing the family’s commitment to the business.

Laurie’s personal journey within this legacy started as a crew member and gradually progressed to the role of General Manager. She continued to advance, ultimately becoming an Operations Supervisor, where she further honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the business. The lessons learned from her parents and her diverse experiences have been instrumental in shaping her approach, allowing her to carry forward the principles they instilled and maintain the exceptional standards they set. Today, as a Next Generation Owner Operator, Laurie continues this cherished tradition alongside her husband, Morris Bradley.

Beyond their business endeavors, Laurie and Morris are deeply committed to their community. Laurie serves on the Executive Board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana, working to support families in need. Morris contributes his time and expertise to the Chaplaincy Board of the Indianapolis International Airport, offering support and guidance to travelers and staff alike. Both are active members of Eastern Star Church in Indianapolis, where they engage in various community initiatives. The company’s logo, a symbol of their dedication, reflects their promise to honor their heritage and uphold the legacy they proudly carry forward. Each day, they strive to embody the values of respect, quality, and community spirit that have been the cornerstone of The Henry Organization’s journey.

“Our mission is to build upon our family’s legacy as second-generation owners of McDonald’s, by delivering exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment, and contributing positively to our community’s well-being.”
